When downloading data from this collection I encountered a few problems, some of which seem like bugs in Download Manager.

1) The file size information being reported by download manager is inaccurate for many of the series. In particular I am certain that the KO series which have Matlab attachments are not correct in almost every case (perhaps all of them). As far as I can tell the NBIA web UI does report the file size accurately on the Data Basket page.

2) In performing a test download of the data using the "QIN Breast DCE-MRI Challenge - Matlab format " DOI JNLP Ashish created a number of the zip files would not open properly for me. It appears in these problem cases the download of the .zip file which contains the matlab file was ended prematurely. Perhaps the Download Manager doesn't know how to recover from blips in the stream the way it does with the DICOM data? Also, I am guessing we do not do the verification step to ensure all of the "Annotations" attachment content was actually retrieved the way we do with the normal DICOM data.
