Immediately upon enrolling a participant, the system give a participant ID with the button "ECP Registry". When you go to the ECP Registry for the first time, only the Eligibility Form exists. When you view the form for the first time, and it is not submitted, NO forms are automatically created when viewing the Eligibility Form and you select the Save button. Even if you return to select the Submit button, the extra forms will not be created. If you select the Submit button the first time and not the save button, then all of the forms are created.
