Thank you for your patience.

You’ll need to get access to the list (zipped at the bottom of the email thread) to associate the tumor ID with the patient ID with the filenames I’ll send to you – let me know if you already have it. I didn’t include it in the faspex package.
The Aspera Faspex package was created for you on April 6, and an invitation email was sent via separate cover.
