Jia Wu has a new request for NLST CT & pathology images (NLST-690) and will ship an external hard drive to TCIA. Details are below.

This is an approved project at a US institution requesting Pathology images only (CT images will be downloaded).

 I have shipped the hard drive to the UAMS address today, The hard drive is 8 TB and we would like to have both NLST pathology images (0.76 TB) and  the CT images (5.95 TB) please.

Total CT files copied: 12,365,047  Total bytes copied: 5.95TiB 

Total Path files copied: 1,225 Total bytes copied: 0.775 TiB

The path have transferred, and the checksum is complete. There is a csv included that can help you map between the pid, the sample, and the slide filename on the disk.
