• Integrate Mod 11 updates to the agreed upon steps 
  • Q3 deliverables were:
    • Histopathology Curation Increase throughput of importing large pathology objects  
      • Automate moving files between object store buckets  
      • Add a recovery mechanism to restart transfers from ROSS to Posda  
      • Create communication bridge between Posda and PathDB
  • Q4 deliverables are:
    • OptionA: Improve handling of pathology metadata for curation and hosting
      • Automate CSV creation and transport for submitting data from Posda to PathDB  
      • On parsing of images in Posda, extract and store all data from images  
      • Create mechanisms to import CSVs to Posda containing extra image metadata  
      • Create metadata digest CSV with file information to attached to download in collection manager  
      • Generate files needed by Eaglescope in Posda and store them in an accessible location
    • Option B: Add curator(s) to increase throughput of pathology objects
