  • Each curator should spend 25-50% of their hours on defacing where possible.  Focus on “low hanging fruit” collections where this can be practically addressed (e.g. wipe out facial features for brain datasets or full body scans that don’t need the head).  Prioritize community collections where the submitters are expressing urgency, as well as NCI programs and highly-requested data.
