      First, I think we might need a "Marketing" component in JIRA. I've left the component empty for now.

      As for the actual request here, the submissions team is doing everything up to creating/updating the wiki and landing page at this point. I'd like to add one final step in which they also send out social media announcements because John and I simply haven't been able to keep on top of this in a timely fashion.

      I think all that is required is:

      1) this step to be added to the Googleplex tracking system workflow
      2) me to grant whichever WUSTL team members are appropriate with access to do the announcements on Twitter/Facebook.
      3) Larry might need to grant the same group of WUSTL folks plus John and myself access to post on the mailing list

      If you're members of the LinkedIn group you can already post announcements without being the owner so no permission-related activity should be required there.
