Generate Select Curation and Helpdesk Metrics 

1. Generate posda scripts to generate some of the curation metrics proposed from last quarter. (Some of these are likely low hanging fruit, but others could be more involved)  Next steps on curation throughput reports (need input from Koushik/Kirk/John)
