I partially figured it out.

The issue is happening when loading TCIA site over HTTPS. See errors in the Chrome console below. This is quite annoying, since the functionality that allows sorting of the table is not working in this partial load.

When loading TCIA web site of HTTP, I only get few errors.

Perhaps you should redirect from HTTPS to HTTP.
