There was a request in the Helpdesk (TH-43197) to have Andrey Fedorov edit his own content in the TCIA Public Wiki.
That username was granted edit access, but the edit button does not appear for him.
The assumption is that permissions are inherited for the project and even special dispensation doesn't grant him the access for the role on that page.

This is a marker so we don't forget the ticket was closed on the Helpdesk (there is no current need for edits though there was in the past.)
