Prototype Wordpress functionality to automatically generate a “DICOM Metadata Digest” XLSX file to Wordpress for each Collection in NBIA.

1. The Digest files will contain the output of getPatient, getStudy and getSeries on 3 separate tabs.

2. The new Digest should replace existing files where they exist currently (these were created back when we wrote the Nature Scientific Data paper and only contain series-level details that don’t include patient demographics).
