Collection Manager

Add support for linking related Collections to each other, and related Analyses to each other:

1. • Examples of why this is needed: 
     • Analysis result https://www.cancerimagingarchive.net/analysis-result/radiomic-feature-standards/ analyzed both collections and other analysis results. 
     • Analysis result https://www.cancerimagingarchive.net/analysis-result/dicom-glioma-seg/ is derived from 2 other analysis result datasets.
     • OPC-Radiomics and RADCURE collections have overlapping patient cohorts
     • Vestibular-Schwannoma-MC-RC collection was billed to us by the submitters as "an improved multi-center version" of Vestibular-Schwannoma-SEG collection.. 
   • Update our summary box at the top of the page to say "Related Datasets" instead of "Related Collections" or "Related Analysis Results".   
     1. Would it also make sense to use this part of the screen to display "Program" information?  Related Datasets could just list all related items (Collections, Analysis Results, and Programs) using different icon styles to differentiate them. 
   • Update the lower sections that list related collections/analyses to follow suit and say "Related Datasets".
   • Update the underlying data model and backend GUI to allow curators to assign Collections and Analysis Result datasets to the "Related Datasets" field.
