- Client-side Deid
- Write https://github.com/pydicom/deid “TCIA recipes” that align with our default CTP scripts and document any gaps where functionality is lacking to implement what our CTP scripts do currently
- Stretch goals:
- Submit PRs to add functionality to handle tags appropriately for these tools where functions don’t currently exist
- Explore “self-contained installer” approaches for https://github.com/pydicom/deid that don’t require admin rights
- Continue to explore options for data type agnostic solutions for cohort building. Possible options:
- Extend NBIA Client to talk to other systems that house other data types
- Adopt Bento
- …other ideas from grant planning?
- How can we make these tangible/measurable steps for this quarter?
- Two parts to this:
- A GUI that can search all the existing data stores
- A new data store to present an API for data that doesn’t have one currently
- Present a report at a special meeting at the end of the quarter demonstrating what you’ve learned, showing prototypes, etc?
- Host bi-weekly discussion/planning meetings?
- Posda
- Create mechanisms to import CSVs to Posda containing extra image metadata?
- Generate files needed by Eaglescope in Posda and store them in an accessible location?
