It has been part of our helpdesk throughput
1) to notice when CDAS sends a change to a username-authorization-status for the NLST collection (granted, revised, revoked)
2) Confirm the status in Crowd is accurate (username and NLST-PRIVATE status is correct)
3) close the ticket.
Several tickets have come in lately that don't appear to be entering our system, though I have not been direct-emailed by those users with complaints .
