To prepare for the server shutdown at wustl, the value of the codebase paramter in the <jnlp> element in the jnlp files that launch the download manager need to be changed from "https://tcia.wustl.edu/ncia" to "https://tcia.uams.edu/ncia" (i.e. swap the wustl with a uams). This element is usually near the top of the jnlp file.
