Current XIP Host Worklist implementation is a custom implementation of the worklist, primarily used when retrieving datasets for the RECIST analysis.
1. Provide analysis and design work for the new implementation of IHE Worklist in XIP Host (one that addresses application hosting).
2. Consider if new Worklist should be tied with the new TargetIteratorRunner.
3. Rework Hosted Application launch with the new Worklist.
4. JUnit testing.
