Issue is likely State management related. Host and Hosted Applications exchange State notifications. There are combinations of State changes allowed by Supplement 118 included in State Chart Diagram.

Hosted Application tabs do not close right away when Host Exit btn (not btnExitApp) is clicked but instead are removed right before exit of the Host. Better solution would be to remove each hosted application's tab when application is terminated by the host.
