Needs to update AVT installation Guide to
1) reflect changes since the installation guide were written, such as adding reference to Windows 7 and make sure 3rd party components are current;
2) streamline the installation process by either including the 3rd party software/libraries in the installation download, or building the script to perform the download and installation automatically.
