Add some sort of instructions on the shopping cart page to assist Mac users in downloading images. This could be a link to a wiki page, to make the content of the instructions easy to change. The instructions should include the fallback of using a Windows or Linux VM running on the Mac (e.g. via Parallels, VMware Fusion, VirtualBox) from which the user could download images if they have trouble configuring their native Mac to run the download manager.
