      • Upgrade underlying technologies for all tools in the TCIA infrastructure to ensure continued application of security patches. Software to be upgraded includes both the base operating systems (the container hosts) as well as the software in the containers themselves. 
        • Sub task 
          • Create a draft container/VM map, outlining which TCIA services run where,
          • Initial Draft of DBMI System Security Plan (SSP), patterned after NIST SP 800-171.
          • Initial Draft of a DBMI Software Quality Assurance Plan (SQAP), referenced by the SSP.
          • Initial Draft of a DBMI Plan of Action and Milestones (POAM) for addressing deficiencies identified while creating the SSP.
