The current codebase for JNLP files points to tcia.wustl.edu. This was done to minimize issues with site certificates from certificate authorities that some versions of Java do not recognize (see IDA-43 and WQT-59). We need to alter this for UAMS (tcia.uams.edu?), since the tcia.wustl.edu site could be out of commission by the end of the year. This involves changing the template used to generate JNLP files, and the template used to verify the jar file signatures, and modifying permanent JNLP files (e.g. those used for DOIs), after setting up the appropriate network magic at UAMS.
